Joseph Santos is a new generation male solo artist who originated from San Diego. The ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ contest organized by Filipino-Americans in California was his stepping stone to becoming a recording artist. At such a young age, Joseph has proven he is a star to watch out for.
