Donnalyn Bartolome — Hindi Ako

Donnalyn Bartolome is back with the last song of her trilogy, “Hindi Ako.” where she turns things up a bit, compared to the mellow tunes of her two previous releases.

 

She began the trilogy with “Itatama Pa Ba O Tama Na,” a song about the crossroads of saving a love or letting go. It was then followed by the heart-rending “Sabi Niya,” where Donnalyn recalls all the broken promises in her relationship. Now for the exciting ending in “Hindi Ako,” where Donnalyn finally reveals the root of the relationship’s struggles.

 

Those who followed the story would definitely say it’s the perfect track to complete the trilogy, with the melodious beat and witty lines jiving to form an overall pleasing song.
